  • (*Not all clinicians may be credentialed with these plans. Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and other insurance holders are limited to those clinicians that are credentialed to submit claims to specific insurance plans.) 
  • Please ask before scheduling an appointment if your therapist is credentialed with your insurance. 
  • If you don't see your insurance listed here, please call as we still might be able to help with a customized negotiated rate with your insurance.  
  • Some services, such as Marriage Counseling, may not be covered by insurance.)
